Agape comes from a Greek word that means love, unconditional love. We try our best to maintain an attitude that will portray that kind of love!
We conduct and host trips that range from one day to two weeks. All of our trips utilize our modern and well-maintained bus fleet. We also feature Fly Away trips several times a year. We go out of our way to make sure your trip is not only safe…but memorable. We look forward to travelling with you soon!
We also offer charter coach services for any group…church, civic, social, business or just friends who want to get away together. Our coaches offer video screens, sound systems, card tables and comfortable reclining seats that make pleasure a travel. Here are a couple of questions frequently asked about us.
The word AGAPE means God’s unconditional love towards each of us. We will have a short devotional time each Sunday morning while on the trip presented by the Agape staff.
How to Make a Reservation
Call or write Agape Tours, Inc. office and give the following information:
- Your name, full address, zip and telephone number.
- Name and date of tour.
- Number of reservations requested.
- Type of room accommodations (double or single).
- Your departure point.
- Your first name or nickname for name badge.
Deposits vary with each tour and are stated in the trip information. Your deposit will hold your seat up to 45 days prior to departure, at which time a full trip payment will be required. On day trips, the balance is due when you make your reservation. If you must cancel and do so fourteen days prior to departure, your deposit will be applied to an upcoming trip of your choice. Monies for day trips will not be refunded if we are unable to recover our out of pocket expenses for that trip. You will receive a trip itinerary and luggage tags 30 days prior to departure.
Should you need to cancel, you may do so by contacting Agape Tours at our office during regular business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, closed for lunch 12:00 to 1:00 pm). Deposit and any trip payments shall be returned in full should you cancel 30 days prior to departure. If cancellations occur 72 hours or more before departure, you will receive a refund of all monies paid except for deposit and any other out-of-pocket expenses or cancellation charges levied by carriers, hotels or other contractors.
Seats are rotated once daily in order that all may equally enjoy the full facilities of the motorcoach.
Smoking / Liquor
No smoking, chewing tobacco or open liquor is allowed on the motorcoach. Frequent meal/rest stops allow opportunities to smoke outside the coach.
You will receive detailed information about your trip. Trips are planned a year in advance. The itinerary may change because of conditions beyond our control or if we see we can improve the trip without additional charge. Changes will always be of equal value or more.
